DUTIES
The Secretary of the Campbell County Band Boosters will hold the following duties
- Maintain an organized, orderly record of all necessary meeting information and minutes. Submit minutes to all meetings by the following meeting
- Submitted to Officers agenda for upcoming meeting and distribute prior to scheduled meeting
- Have charge of, and attend to all necessary correspondence on behalf of the Organization.
- This person shall notify the President of all correspondence relating to the activities of the Band.
- Plan and maintain a regular newsletter.
